Grades304 stainless steel pipe, 304L, 316 stainless steel tube, 316L; 201 can be evaluated for low-corrosion service.
Outside DiameterCommon procurement range: Φ6mm-325mm; project standard series, custom drawing or non-standard OD available.
Wall ThicknessCommon range: 0.3mm-10mm; pressure service should be confirmed by standard, Schedule or engineering drawing.
FinishBA, 2B, polished, pickled and passivated; internal and external finish requirements can be discussed for food, chemical and water treatment service.

RFQ Notes

Please specify medium, pressure, temperature, connection method, inspection files, mill test certificate, packing method and destination port. Fluid pipe orders often require hydrostatic testing, NDT, pickling and passivation or third-party inspection.

Procurement Guidance

Industrial fluid pipe should be quoted from service conditions, not only from outside diameter and wall thickness. A water treatment line, a low-pressure utility line and a chemical process line may use similar sizes but require different standards, inspection plans, surface treatment and documentation.

Before ordering, confirm whether the pipe is for gravity drainage, pressurized flow, sanitary service, heat exchange or general equipment piping. If fittings, flanges or valves will be sourced separately, keep the pipe standard and connection method consistent across the system so installation teams do not face dimensional mismatch on site.
